The Home Report is now required when marketing a property for sale. It comprises three documents:-

1. Single Survey – assessment of the condition & value of the home and an accessibility audit.
   
2. Energy Report – assessment of the energy efficiency and environmental impact of the home.
   
3. Property Questionnaire – extra information such as Council Tax banding & service costs.
